Citizen Pink Piquette is made by rescuing pressed Waiheke grapes skins, rehydrating and refermenting with Waiheke water and then repressing, to create a light, low alcohol, low calorie, refreshing wine spritz. We don’t add any sulphates or additives. So not only does it taste delicious, it’s great for the planet as it gives these Waiheke grape skins a second life.
